The French brand Bell & Ross, of which a small share is owned by Chanel, has always been a specialist in military watches and in particular dedicated to aeronautics. However, almost simultaneously he launched his first diving watch and from there onwards there were only successes.
Five years after its founding in 1992, Bell & Ross launched itself into the depths but in earnest. Here’s a short story:
In 1997 the brand launched the HYDROMAX with a round case. This first diving watch is waterproof to a depth of 11,100 m.
In 2007, a new diver appeared, this time equipped with the tonneau case of the BR 02.
In 2017, the original Diver with a square case was presented. This family has experienced great success and has welcomed new versions every year. In particular, it includes steel and bronze models with red, green, blue and even black dials.

Bell & Ross BR 03-92 Diver White
For this latest version the French brand was inspired by the frozen seas of the North which have always fascinated the most adventurous divers.
And it is with them in mind that the latest Bell & Ross sub was born. the BR 03-92 Diver White features a white dial, a shade rarely used by the Maison. But looking closer, the color chosen is an opaline silver with pale tones; a metallization has been added to the opaque surface of the dial and the whole thing takes on iridescent reflections.
Waterproof and very robust, the BR 03-92 Diver White complies with the ISO 6425 standard which governs diving watches.
Its case is waterproof up to 300 m. of depth.
The unidirectional rotating bezel is graduated to 60 minutes with a luminescent dot at 12 o’clock. This notched element allows you to calculate decompression stops.
A crown protector prevents inadvertent manipulation of the crown.
The metal hands and indexes are covered with a photoluminescent Super-LumiNova® coating that emits a very bright green color in the dark. Readability remains optimal even at great depths where visibility is zero.
The appearance is typical of Bell & Ross BR watches where the shape of the case is ultimately round and prevails over a square frame that emerges only with its corners above and below. Measures 42mm. The silvery white opaline dial features enlarged indexes covered with SuperLuminova luminescent substance.
The black, inevitable in a Bell & Ross, emerges only from the three hands, also with SuperLuminova inserts, and from the unidirectional bezel which also delimits the round part of the BR 03-92 Diver White.
The movement is an automatic BR-CAL.302 caliber, basically a Sellita SW300-1 with 38 hours of power reserve.
The watch is supplied with a woven black rubber strap and an ultra-resistant black synthetic canvas strap.
